We know that Jesus loved children. He said, “Let the children come to me” because he was passionate that they experience the love of their heavenly Father. And just as Jesus welcomed children to come to him, we welcome all of our children to a safe, nurturing place where they can have fun, be themselves, and learn about God.
What You Can Expect
A Safe Environment
We have a trained team of teachers and helpers who create a safe, nurturing environment for your kids.
Jesus loved children, and Jesus is the center of our teaching. We want kids to experience his love in a way that makes sense to them.
Learn to Love Others
We are a multi-generational church, so your kids will learn to care for and love others in a community that cares for and loves them.
VBS Olympion | A Day of Fun and Faith for Kids and Families
Free Best of Vacation Bible School | July 24, 8:45 a.m. to Noon
VBS is here and we are ready for families and volunteers to join us July 24, 2021 for a one-day “Best of VBS” Olympion event! We’ve designed this year’s VBS to be a fun, family day hearing the gospel through the story of Joshua. We plan to have stories, crafts, music, and recreation, and we invite families to participate together and stay for lunch afterward. If you aren’t signed up, no worries. Gather your family and invite some friends and neighbors, too. Plan to arrive a little early at 8:30 a.m. and we’ll slot you onto a team. You won’t miss a beat. Check out our video series below for the lead up to the 24th!
Our VBS Olympion has passed, but if you missed it and want to catch up on what we learned, take a look at the videos below.

Our Sunday Classes
We are reopening our preschool and nursery departments. During the summer, we will be offering nursery and preschool Sunday school through age 5 at the 11 a.m. service. Due to current capacity requirements, we are asking parents to register their children in advance. You will be able to sign up for Nursery (babies), Lambs (walking to 2), Bears (2.5-3, or Giraffes (4-5).
Our current approach is that masks will be recommended for children under age 4, and required for children in the giraffe class (ages 4 – 5). Thanks for your understanding and patience. Questions or want to volunteer to teach our little ones? Contact Bridget Johnson or Anne Curtas. The form link remains the same each week.
My husband and I were impressed with the children's ministry at EP right away! The Sunday School teachers and nursery workers are so welcoming and really engage with our little ones. The lessons are always Scripture-focused and age-appropriate, and the whole experience is always a lot of fun for the kids.Casey SlaughterParent
Thank you and your team for doing such a fantastic job of caring for and teaching our girls. They look forward to coming to church every Sunday and it has been so encouraging for our transition to a new church to see the quality of lessons being taught and see our girls thrive in an environment where they feel known and loved.Preschool Parent
