Men, high school aged and above, come join us for a great time of fellowship, worshipping, good food, encouragement, and considering how to follow the Lord in everyday life. Gary Yagel, who directs the Men’s Ministry for our denomination, will lead us. The cost is $195 for two nights, five meals, and all the activities at the retreat center at Camp Wabanna. Don’t let the cost keep you from joining us—scholarship money is available. This will be one of the most impactful times of the year for each of us as we take some time away from our busy schedules to get to know other men, worship together, and concentrate on our relationship with our Lord. Save the date for EP’s Mission Conference 2024 on April 13-14, featuring Dan Iverson (MTW Japan) and a slate of eight other missionaries. Events include a family-friendly Mission Conference Breakfast at 9 a.m. on Saturday followed by an opportunity to meet the missionaries and see their exhibits or presentations. That Sunday, we will host a Mission Conference Dinner at 4:30 p.m. followed by a Mission Fest at 5:30 p.m. with presentations from our missionary guests. Everyone is invited to attend the breakfast, dinner, or both! Mark your calendar and watch for sign-ups in the coming weeks. For questions, please contact the church office at 410-266-8090.
Show Hope’s ‘Hope for the Journey’ Conference is a simulcast event hosted at EP that endeavors to encourage and equip parents and caregivers meeting the needs of children impacted by adoption and/or foster care. Come and learn about working to reduce barriers that stand between children and places of security, healing, and hope. The conference will dive into the principles of Trust-Based Relational Intervention® (TBRI®) and connect this care model to the gospel of Jesus Christ. Join us Friday, April 19, from 6:45-8:45 p.m. and Saturday, April 19, from 8:15 a.m.-5 p.m. in the Chapel. Registration is $15. Click or tap the button below to sign up. If you have questions, please contact Laurie Nelson or Cheryl Mullis.
Renew Groups are welcoming new members. We have groups for men, groups for women, and co-ed groups. Groups meet at a variety of times and locations throughout the week and are a wonderful way to engage with the life of our church. Find out more by clicking the link below. If you have questions, contact Cheryl Mullis.
We would love to see everyone (ages 20s-70s) take just two weeks per year to help with the little ones during the 10:30 a.m. worship service. If you are ready to bless our families and be blessed yourself in the process, please view the openings and sign up with the button below or stop by the EP Kids table in the Foyer on Sundays. If you have questions, please contact Bridget Johnson.
Join us for Pray First the first Sunday of the month, from 6 to 7 p.m. in the Chapel as we pray for the Holy Spirit’s transforming work in us and through us as a church. We will be praying for the congregation, ministries of the church, leadership of the church, and outreach to the world around us. This is a wonderful opportunity to join as a church family and lift our voices to our Lord. Questions about how to participate? Contact Brian and Leigh Miller.
