Upcoming Events at EP

Pray First Monthly Prayer

Join us for Pray First the first Sunday of the month, from 6 to 7 p.m. in the Chapel as we pray for the Holy Spirit’s transforming work in us and through us as a church. We will be praying for the congregation, ministries of the church, leadership of the church, and outreach to the world around us. This is a wonderful opportunity to join as a church family and lift our voices to our Lord. Questions about how to participate? Contact Brian and Leigh Miller.

Women’s Christmas Dinner Wait List and Concert Tickets

Our Women’s Christmas Dinner is full, but if you would like your name added to the waiting list, please click this link. We still have seats available for the concert portion of our evening starting at 7 p.m., where Cindy and Todd Bauhspies will bring us beautiful music to help us reflect on the beauty of Christ our Savior. Concert tickets are $10 and are available here. (If you have already purchased tickets for the Christmas Dinner, the concert is included.) For questions related to the dinner or the concert, please contact Cheryl Mullis.

Seasoned by Grace Christmas Luncheon

The Seasoned by Grace Christmas Luncheon features great food, fun, fellowship, a chance to sing some Christmas carols and be encouraged as we hear from God’s Word. We’ll gather at the Seafood Palace Buffet in Annapolis (81 Forest Plaza A, Annapolis (near Dollar Tree) on December 9 at noon. The cost is $20 per person for an all-you-can-eat meal. Please pay in advance using the link below or give your cash or check payment to Tom Beall prior to the luncheon. Since seating is limited, we can’t promise seating for walk-ins. Please sign up by December 6. We look forward to seeing you there!

Annapolis Angels Christmas Gifts

Help us support our local families during the Christmas season through ‘Annapolis Angels.’ Through this program we are providing Christmas gifts for 75 children at Woodside Gardens, Marshall Hope Learning Center, and the families of our Sowing Hope ESL program. If you would like to bless these kids, look for the ‘Annapolis Angels’ table in the Sanctuary Lobby on Sundays. The due date for gifts is Sunday, December 17. Plan to pick up a gift tag and purchase a clothing item and a fun gift (combined, about $50) for a local child. If you have questions or wish to help with delivery, please contact Gayle Blizzard.

All-Church Neighborhood Caroling

Please join us on Sunday, December 17, from 4-6 p.m. as we reach out to the Luce Creek community located directly behind our church property. We will meet at the church at 4 p.m. in the Fishbowl where you can drop off your plate of cookies. We will take a 4-minute walk together down the street to sing Christmas carols and deliver small gifts. We will return to the church for a time of fellowship, treats and hot cocoa. Please bring a flashlight and wear comfortable shoes and dress warmly. This will be a great event the whole family can enjoy! If you have questions, please contact Laurie Nelson.

Outreach Opportunities

Laurie Nelson, EP’s Outreach Coordinator would love to have you take part in EP’s Outreach ministries. View the flyer below for ways to serve. Please reach out to Laurie Nelson if you have questions.

Preschool Helpers During Worship Service

We would love to see everyone (ages 20s-70s) take just two weeks per year to help with the little ones during the 10:30 a.m. worship service. If you are ready to bless our families and be blessed yourself in the process, please view the openings and sign up with the button below or stop by the EP Kids table in the Foyer on Sundays. If you have questions, please contact Bridget Johnson.
