Upcoming Events at EP
Summer Bible Studies for Women
We invite our women to take a deep breath this summer . . . and breathe as we dive into a six-week study together starting June 22. We will consider what it might look like if the words of the Lord’s Prayer were written over every aspect of our lives, homes, work, church, and community. Donna DeRoo and Linda Cate will lead our Wednesday morning study at 9:30 a.m. in the Parlor at EP. Pam Polk and Jill Wilson will lead our Wednesday night study at 7 p.m. in the Women’s Ministry Office. Both groups will discuss Breathe: the Life-Giving Oxygen of the Lord’s Prayer, a new study written by Karen Hodge. Study guides are $15 each. Please register below or contact Cheryl Mullis if you have questions.
Space Probe 2022 VBS
VBS is here and we are ready for children and volunteers to join us July 11-15 for Space Probe 2022! Children will have a faith-fueling adventure through Genesis 1. We plan to have stories, crafts, music, recreation, and more. Families are invited to join us for our closing program on Friday, July 15, from 11:30 to 12:30 p.m. Register your children and invite some friends and neighbors along for the adventure. Volunteers are invited to join the crew for Space Probe 2022.
Men’s Midsummer Breakfast
Men are invited to join us at the Men’s Midsummer Breakfast on Saturday, July 23, for a time of fellowship, encouragement, singing, and hearing a testimony of how God is working through the ministries of EP. We are asking for $5 per person at the door. Bring a friend, your Renew group, Equip class, or family members. We look forward to seeing you there! Please contact Tom Beall to R.S.V.P.
Hymn Sing for All
Seasoned by Grace is hosting a Hymn Sing on Saturday, July 23, in the Chapel from 2-4 p.m. and everyone is invited. We will sing and worship our Lord together using the Trinity Hymnal and other newer hymns by the Gettys. Registration is not required. Bring the whole family! If you have questions, please contact Tom Beall.
Pray First Monthly Prayer
Join us on the first Sunday of the month from 6 to 7 p.m. in the Chapel as we pray for the Holy Spirit’s transforming work in us and through us as a church. We will be praying for the congregation, ministries of the church, leadership of the church, and outreach to the world around us. This is a wonderful opportunity to join as a church family and lift our voices to our Lord. Questions about how to participate? Contact Brian and Leigh Miller.
