Bruce served pastorates in Tennessee and Alabama before joining us in December 2006. Bruce and his wife Kathy have three children. Sarah is away at college, Mike is in high school and Matt is in middle school. He wants to help us know Christ, love Christ and show Christ as individuals and as a community of faith. He also believes EP should seek renewal for our city by being a church for Annapolis.

Dan is a native to the Annapolis area and was the Senior Pastor at Grace EP until God led him to Annapolis as our Associate Pastor in 2001. Dan reaches out to many who seek his counsel, direction and knowledge in God's Word.

Bob joined EP in January 2008. He served as a solo, senior, assistant and associate pastor in Wisconsin, Michigan and Georgia in the 30 years since his ordination before making the move to Maryland. Bob is married to Jan and they have four children and three grandchildren. Bob comes to EP with a passion for counseling those who are hurting and helping with organizing our care for each other so that no one’s need falls in between the cracks.

Randy hails from Sandusky Ohio, was educated at Bowling Green State University and Bowie State University (BA in Music Education K-12).Randy’s love for music led to a career as an instructor in the US Navy School of Music, playing in the Naval Academy Band and the NATO Band in Naples, Italy. He performed and taught extensively in Europe and the US as an instrumentalist of string and electric bass, tuba, piano and vocals. He has worked with several churches in worship arts, training, leading and educating children and adults in music, drama, multi-media and visual arts. Randy and his wife Belinda have been married since 1973 and have two children, and one grandchild.

Lois joined our staff as our organist in 2001. She carefully reflects on the message of God’s Word when selecting the music for the service. Her sweet personality and desire to glorify God have been a true blessing to those in her life and the lives she touches.

Tom has been a member of EP since 1973 and joined the EP staff in 1993. Prior to joining the staff he worked as a Social Worker at Crownsville State Hospital, was the area director for Young Life in Anne Arundel County, and managed the Christian bookshop in Annapolis. Tom is married to Mary and they have 4 children. A heart for discipleship and seeing people grow in their faith has led him to work with small Groups, Men's Ministry, and the membership process, fellowship with the church body at EP.

Jenny is a home grown staff member, who grew up at EP Church until she went away to Covenant College. After graduating from Covenant and spending several years in Youth Ministry she married Navy Pilot Glenn Woodruff. Glenn's Navy career took them to Florida, Texas and California. Glenn, Jenny and their three boys moved back to Annapolis in 1990 when Glenn took a job as a pilot for American Airlines. They volunteered with the Youth Ministry as their boys went through middle and high school. Jenny joined the staff as the Director of Women's Ministries in 2002. She enjoys ministering to women of all ages and loves teaching God's Word; encouraging women to use their gifts, to serve the Body of Christ and being involved in outreach.

Diane and Glenn have 4 children and two grandchildren and have attended EP for over 20 years. The Event Coordinator is a new position designed to assist the various ministries with the logistics and planning of special events as well as assisting with funerals and weddings. Diane has been involved with several ministries over the years using her gift of hospitality and looks forward to her new role.

Laurie and her husband Butch live in Annapolis and have three kids. She had helped start the MOPS program at EP and has been coordinating the MOPS at Woodside Gardens outreach. Please welcome her to the staff as she continues to reach out to the Annapolis Community.

Rachel first came to Annapolis EP as a high school summer intern in 2003-04. After graduating from Covenant College and spending time at home in Mississippi, the Lord called her back to Maryland in the Fall of 2005. She works with the EP Youth Department as the Assistant Youth Director. Rachel loves spending time making memories with students and talking about how the Gospel changes the way we see everything in life.

Linda Cate joined the EP staff in July 2007 as Children’s Ministry Coordinator to work with the preschool and nursery departments. She is married to Tim and they have 2 children, Heather and Sean. They have been members of EP for over 20 years. Linda taught at Annapolis Area Christian School for 11 years before they started their family. She is grateful for the opportunity to come alongside the parents of our church in nurturing our covenant children in their spiritual journey of “Knowing, Loving and Showing Jesus Christ”.

Valerie and Chris have been married 20 years and live in Mayo with their 4 children, Christopher, Craig, Emily, and Connor. She worked as a home education teacher in the Charles County public school system. Valerie and her husband have been teaching Sunday School for over ten years. She is excited about the opportunity to serve in this vital ministry with the youngest children of this church and their families and feels that it is a privilege to teach the preschoolers the incredible love that Jesus has for them. She looks forward to reaching out to the new families and help getting them plugged into the EP family.

Christy joined the EP staff in April 2008. She and her husband Phil have been attending EP since the fall of 2000. Before moving to Annapolis, Christy and Phil were missionaries in Nigeria for three years. They have three children, Eoin, Nora Kate, and Caleb. Prior to having children, Christy was a science teacher at North County High School. She is excited to help Linda enrich the Elementary Sunday School classes so that the children grow deeper in their knowledge and love of God.

Herb joined EP in October of 2003. He served as President of Greenmount M & S, Inc. (a United Van Lines Agent) from 1974 until his retirement from that industry in 2003. Herb is married to Nancy, and they have 3 children and 5 grandchildren. Herb is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a degree in Accounting and Business Administration.

Sue has definitely seen a lot of changes since she started on staff in 1982. Her and her husband Bill are long time members at EP. They have three children and eight grandchildren. She has kept the office together throughout the years as she supports the ministries of the church.

Melissa and her husband Robert have been married since 1992. She was an Assistant Administrator for a paging company for 9 years. In 2002, she received her certification for web design and is continuously taking additional classes to increase her skill set. She has been with EP since 2005 working as the Publications Administrator but her job has evolved into focusing more on the EP website and defining ways to increase communication among the congregation.

Dannie began working for EP Church in 1984, while still a high school student, beginning as a custodian. He had the privilege of working along side a very talented and godly man for 10 years, Mr. Carl Prigg. Through the years, he has worked his way up to become the building Maintenance Administrator. He married Sharon in 1996 and their one "child" is Snowflake. Dannie is always lending a helping hand to members of EP Church and the community.
